No.1: Yes. It contains an advanced BMS and is very safe to use.
Second: How do you ship the Power Stations?
No.2: We can ship by Sea, By Plane, by DHL, by UPS and By Fedex. But By Sea is the cheapest, so we suggest the customers buy more and delivery them by sea.
Third: Do all Power Stations have overcharge and overdischarge protection?
No.3: Yes, we use advanced all lithium batteries with a BMS each, which can effectively protect the battery from overcharging and overdischarging.
Fourth: What is the delivery time?
No.4: Generally speaking, the production time about 5-12days.
Fifth: How to ensure quality?
No.5: Pre-production samples are always conducted before mass production; final inspection is always carried out before shipment.
Sixth: Do you offer after-sales service?
No.6: Yes, the warranty period for Power Stations is 2 years. If any quality issues arise during this period, we can send new batteries or new Power Stations as replacements.
